PLC controls, user friendly HMIs and control panels form part of the electrical control elements in our conveyor systems.

Electrical / Mechanical Design Drawings

We use the latest EPLAN Electric P8 software for our electrical engineering drawings. For designing mechanical elements, we use 2D and 3D AutoCAD.

As part of the completed project, we provide all our customers with a full set of drawings covering all aspects of their project.

We offer Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) solutions for both new and existing systems to ensure reliable & robust computer controls for our conveyors.

New systems
We’ll formulate a complete design from scratch to give an optimised and future-proofed PLC solution

Existing systems

PJP Conveyors will conduct a full survey of your system and then provide a comprehensive report together with recommendations
Our objective will be to upgrade existing systems to accommodate the most up-to-date and serviceable parts to help keep the solution current. We advocate using off-the-shelf supported stocked items.

We offer Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions for new and existing projects. Each screen is tailored to the specific customer/project requirement.
