Emergency Breakdowns
We understand the importance of your conveyor system to your business. So, in the event of a breakdown we will arrange for our engineering team to visit your site and carry out repairs to get you operational again – fast.
We work with all known conveyor systems including equipment manufactured by PJP Conveyors, Conveyor Units (Uni-XU), Interroll, Ambaflex, Qimarox, Itoh Denki, and many more.
Spare Parts
Most breakdowns can be repaired quickly with one engineer visit – if parts are held on site! We therefore take pride in advising our clients of any recommended spares we feel will reduce the risk of future system downtime.
PJP supply and install a huge range of OEM parts, both mechanical & electrical. We even manufacture our own parts when required to give complete system cover.
Safety Upgrades
Safety requirements and legislation change so it can be a challenge to ensure ongoing compliance. Our SafeContractor accreditation illustrates how seriously PJP takes the safety aspects of every system we encounter.
We always recommend we carry out a safety inspection to determine whether a system meets current regulations. If it doesn’t, we’ll advise on a solution to bring it up to modern safety standards.
System Modifications or Relocations
Our multi-skilled engineers can carry out any system modifications via a turnkey solution, including full conveyor system uplifts and relocations. Following a system survey and details being agreed, our engineers can –
- Safely disconnect all electrical elements
- Mechanically disconnect and pack all sections
- Transport the system
- Re-install & commission the system in its new location
